The basic pillars

Our mission: Add possibilities for "new generation", young talent footballer. Our players supply by family side, personal, club & coach and management. We work with peoples, players, coaches, clubs and scouters: whom we have continuous reasonable reputation.

Arsene Wenger: what the pillars to build a footballer are? He compared building a great football player with building a house and he outlined four basic pillars. These pillars are technique, physical strength, tactics and mentality.

1. The base of a player is the technique, you get that at the age between 7 and 14. If you do not have technical skills at the age of 14 it will be very difficult to be a great football player. This corresponds to the foundation of a house.

2. The first floor is the physical aspect, which is developed between 14 and 17 years. Here you see if the player is quick and strong enough.

3. The second floor is the tactical aspect. The understanding of the game by the player – what to do with the ball when he has it and what to do when he doesn’t have the ball.

4. The final part, mentality, is developed when the player is between 18 and 19 years old. How much does the player want to be successful? How much sacrifices is the player is willing to make? That’s what Wenger calls the roof. “If there is no roof, it rains in. And if it rains in, the house collapses.”

We believe on these four pillars putting high emphasis on the tactical aspect and the mentality of the individual player. But the results will always depend on the player – how much he is ready to give to be good.

When you get up in the morning, would you like to be in your comfort zone or would you like to be on the other side and be the best?

For be a professional footballer needs to have supply "the best" from coaches, scouters, parents, managers, club and fans. This is a complex task whcih we are handle each case as a unique.
